Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Rochester, NY)

Bluepeak Ashton Hospitality Partners runs guest-focused properties across the Rochester area. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about group events for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
