Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Beacon Community Partners and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be email campaigns. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write clear copy about benefits enrolment for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
