Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

Summit Fern Arts Center Partners is a cultural organisation in Buffalo presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about school partnerships for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
