Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Legal Group and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be email campaigns. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write clear copy about document review for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
