Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

Harborlight Pine Community Partners runs community programmes across Seattle, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about client intake for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
