Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Ember Staffing and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be email campaigns. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write clear copy about client orders for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
