Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Drift Hospitality and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be email campaigns. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write clear copy about group events for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
