What you will do • Write clear copy about retention for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
