Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Fox Staffing and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be email campaigns. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about timekeeping for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
