Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Oak Hospitality and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be email campaigns. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about reviews and feedback for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
