Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Oak Banking Services and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be email campaigns. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write clear copy about branch operations for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
