Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

Westbrook Rowan Legal Group is a law firm in Toledo serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about court deadlines for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
