Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

Fernwood Beacon Staffing Group is a Portland staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about client orders for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
