Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Beacon Staffing Group and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be email campaigns. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about candidate screening for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
