Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

Ironwood Orchard Arts Center is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on email campaigns for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Write clear copy about volunteer programmes for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
