Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Junction Markets and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be email campaigns. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about shrink and waste for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
