Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

Harborlight Ember Press is a printer and publisher in Indianapolis serving local and national clients, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about press runs for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
