Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

Rivermark Birch Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Madison presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about visitor services for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
