Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

Ironwood Lakeside Legal Group is a Omaha practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. You would join a large organisation of about 847 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write clear copy about billing records for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
