Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Clear Legal Group and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be email campaigns. You would join a small organisation of about 54 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about intake forms for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
