Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

Nova Vista Community Partners is a nonprofit in Miami supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about food distribution for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
