Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield West Legal Group and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be email campaigns. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about client files for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
