Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

Redstone Basin Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Oakland area. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about customer tickets for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
