Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

Lumen Stone Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Oakland. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about volunteer programmes for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
