Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

Nova Maple Community Partners is a nonprofit in Richmond supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Write clear copy about food distribution for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
