Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

Harborlight Rowan Legal Group provides legal services in Indianapolis across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Write clear copy about trust accounts for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
