Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

Northwind Cross Banking Services is a regional lender in Birmingham with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about account openings for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
