Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

Bright Quill Legal Group provides legal services in Virginia Beach across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Write clear copy about client files for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
