Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Kestrel Community Partners and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be email campaigns. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about donor records for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
