Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

Rivermark Wren Hospitality is a hospitality company in San Antonio with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about guest bookings for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
