Bright Field Markets serves neighbourhoods around Baltimore with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Write clear copy about promotions for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
