Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Fern Arts Center Group and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be email campaigns. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about event logistics for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
