Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Providence, RI)

Northwind Basin Legal Group is a law firm in Providence serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people based in Providence. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about client files for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
