Ironwood Oak Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Portland area, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about reviews and feedback for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
