Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Hollow Arts Center and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be email campaigns. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about school partnerships for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
