Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Pittsburgh, PA)

Ironwood Orchard Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Pittsburgh presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Write clear copy about visitor services for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
