Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Phoenix, AZ)

Rivermark Quill Hospitality is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on email campaigns for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about guest bookings for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
