Bright Telecom Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on email campaigns for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write clear copy about customer tickets for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
