Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Oakland, CA)

Northwind Keystone Legal Group is a Oakland practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Write clear copy about court deadlines for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
