Ironwood Summit Community Partners is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on email campaigns for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about volunteer shifts for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
