Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Rowan Legal Group is a Miami practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in Miami. What you will do • Write clear copy about client files for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
