Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Madison, WI)

Highbridge Lakeside Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Madison presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about visitor services for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
