Bluepeak Cedar Hospitality is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on email campaigns for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about guest bookings for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
