Harborlight Ashton Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Madison focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. We invest in training. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about billing accounts for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
