Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Madison, WI)

Bright Sparrow Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Madison serving households and small businesses, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about loan files for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
