Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Louisville, KY)

Stonegate Quill Hospitality is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on email campaigns for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about guest bookings for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
