Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Jacksonville, FL)

Nova Orchard Arts Center is an arts centre in Jacksonville with a full calendar of events, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about volunteer programmes for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
