Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Rowan Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Jacksonville presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about exhibitions for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
