Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Indianapolis, IN)

Westbrook Vista Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Indianapolis, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about food distribution for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
