Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Honolulu, HI)

Rivermark Willow Community Partners is a Honolulu charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about food distribution for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
